To book a reservation, please complete the following steps:
- Open the rental agreement (click to download Word format). For whatever reason you can't open the rental agreement, request a copy to be emailed to you at glundberg2000@yahoo.com
- Complete the required information and e-mail (signature required) or fax to:

- Choose your payment option:
- Pay the initial $200 deposit (required for booking) with your credit or debit card by selecting the PayPal logo below (a PayPal account is not needed to make a payment through this website). Alternatively, you may pay the $200 deposit by directly depositing payment into Glenn Lundberg's Wells Fargo or Bank of America Checking accounts. Account number provided per individual request and receipt of rental agreement.
- Pay the remaining balance (due 30 days prior to arrival) by check and mail to the above address or make a direct deposit into one of the checking accounts described above.
- If paying remaining balance by credit card, please add 3% (PayPal fee) to the remaining balance amount. Do not add 3% to the initial $200 deposit payment. This $200 initial deposit acts as the $200 security deposit which will be refunded to the guest within 72 hours of the departure date.
